Fashion has so much to do with how I express myself and how I live my life. But what I also love about it is how much it reminds me of theater. Before Keep Calm and Chiffon and before I realized I wanted to work in fashion and publishing, I wanted to be an actress. I loved having the chance to change my personality and be someone else for a while, and take on the challenge of understanding how someone else lives their life. I still take a part of that with me when I get dressed in the mornings. I love how much an outfit can change my mood and can affect the way I go about my day. Whether it's a fur coat and knee-high boots or jeans and a t-shirt, there's always something surprising and new that comes along with each outfit.
